Beyond the Body Yoga is for anyone looking to experience the practice of yoga. From Beginner to Experienced, the style of yoga offered here is adaptable and accessible for everyone. We offer vinyasa (connecting movement with breath; flow) and yin (relaxing; restorative). All are welcome in this space.
